I have a problem with prescriptions department over by husband's tablets so have put it in ASDAs hands. they are very rude when you phone up

Online booking seems to be an uequal advantage to potential patients. Sometimes unsure what doctor I am seeing - more identification would help (all doctors have done a great job)
